Hot day's
These "hot" days make me want to do my favorite winter sport, skiing. I like to sled as well. It is supposed to be around 115 degrees with the heat index all this week. My friends and I will probably use my wagon and pretend we are sleding. Have a great day and stay cool.

Me and mom made this sundial as a project. We used a flowerpot saucer. We painted the numbers on it and dad made the pointer. It really tells the time. When it's cloudy, I have to guess the time, lol. Another one of a kind.Good morning Aunt Nancy

In our trees

It's hot outside...
It's been so hot out that my friends and I have been playing inside. Here we are playing "drive - in". Mom said we could use her drive-in speakers. At intermission we run for the fridge and pretend it's the snackbar. We got fudgesicles & tootsie rolls. Boy was it good. A special good morning to Craig and the Queen.

My trip report part 3
At the Fitz they had this smart chicken that played Tic Tac Toe and a beautiful lady
that was in charge. Mom held me up so I could reach the sreen. We played to a draw and they gave me some nice beads.

My Trip Report
It was another great trip to the city of my birth. Everyone is always so nice to me. I have already posted some of my pictures on my blog. Here is the rest of the story.
The first person I met downtown was Elvis.
This nice policeman gave me a ride on his bike.

Got to stay in shape
The meals were so good on our trip that I had to exercise. Luckily our hotel had an exercise room as well as a pool. Mom and I went there and lifted weights, did the treadmill. rode the stationary bike and did the stairmaster.We had fun exercising together. Boy were we tired when we got done.

Pool time
It was such a warm day I decided to visit the pool at our hotel. As you can see it wasn't very busy. The sun felt good, but I had to try out the water too. I'm glad I remembered to throw in my bikini before we left home. I am working on my trip report and hope to have it posted in the next few days. I did so many new things.

Home Again
Just like looking in a mirror. While we were in Las Vegas I had a street artist do my portrait. I think it's a wonderful likeness, don't you? there were many exciting times during this trip. I don't know how many days it will take to report, but stop by each day and find out my many new adventures.I had alot of fun and met more interesting people.

I love to fly
I love it when we take trips where we get to fly. I don't mind sitting on Mom or Dads lap, but it's nice when I can have my own seat. I also like the trips when we drive. You get to see more things, but it sure takes longer than flying. Security always makes me go through the xray machine. I just laugh & make faces at them when I go through & they always laugh. Chat with you when we gat back.
Away for a few days

I love the tourist thing
As you have noticed, I like getting my picture taken when we go places. I like being a tourist. People always smile and giggle while I am getting my photo taken. It is a good way to meet people. It also is a good way to keep a record of where I have been. Dad always takes the camera and makes sure we have extra batteries for it. I hope we get to see some more interesting things on our trip. It will be so hot I want to make sure and get an icecream cone or two. Mom said I can even have another pepsi this trip.

My closet
Mom said I needed to go through my closet and see what clothes I wanted to take on our trip. Dad said it will be real hot in Vegas so pick cooler clothes. I think I have made my choices. I will take my sailor outfit, some bibbies, and my sun dress. Mom thought those would be fine for the warmer weather. Got to go pack now. Chat with you in the morning.

My swingset
I had so much fun at the park that my Dad decided to build me my own swingset. He will put a slide on it one of these days. Fievel & I had alot of fun swinging. Mom & Dad have their swing right beside it. My friends and I will take turns, when we are not on my swing, Mom said we can use the big swing. We can drive my car out to it since it is clear across the yard. We wil have so much fun.

Rocking chair
As we went further into Lucas, we saw a giant rocking chair. Dad helped me to get up into it. It was so big that all three of us could have sat in it at the same time. There were lots of pretty flowers to look at as well. Even a totem pole. It was a very fun day that ended with us stopping and getting an icecream cone on the way home because it was so warm out.Dad said maybe the next time we go the museum will be open and we can go on a tour.
The pond
This is the pond that I saw while playing on the slides at the park. There was a frog I saw come down here. I tried to catch him, but he was too quick. I did find mom some cattails. They were already cut down so they were easy to get for her. My Frogy was in my pocket & he laughed all the while I tried to catch another frog.

Playing in the park
This will be a 2-3 day report, with a few pictures each day.On our road trip we stopped at a town called Lucas.It is well known because of a man named John Lewis. A long
time ago he helped organize the coal miners. Our first stop was at the park . I got to play on different slides. Boy was it fun.Each slide was shaped just a little bit different. My favorite was the curly one that went around and around.

Summer is a good time to
Play with a friend. Maybe you recognize this one. He is from the movie a bugs life. We like to play on the teeter totter my dad built for me. It is fun to be up in the air. Even on a riany day we can teeter totter. My dad made it so we can play on it inside or out. Got to get ready for our raod trip this morning. Enjoy your day.

I like to paint
Mom and I like to putter in the yard. She is making a yard art piece and said I could help her. I got to paint some of the pieces. When they are dry I get to help put them together. I have the tools I need, a level, hammer, drill and pliers. It will be cool to see it all finished and standing in one of our rock gardens.

Yesterday I got to drive a forklift!
Yesterday I got to drive a forklift! It was a pretty big machine for me to handle. The warehouse guy said I did good. It is hard to get the pallets in the rack sometimes. He was very nice & said I could practice anytime I wanted to

Whats wth the frogs?
I was out in the garden playing the flute yesterday. Then I looked down & see I am surrounded by frogs. I must be the pied piper of frogs. Some of them were cute though [but not as cute as Froggy]. I hope I don't get any warts.

Happy 4th of July

This morning when we went to go outside, the sun was just coming up. It was sprinkling. Mom said I had to bring my umbrella. I liked wathing the sun come up. It stopped raining & I wandered around & found another neat rock for my collection.
