Poinsettias

I think the poinsettias are so pretty.
[red is one of my favorite colors]
They had them lining the walls
Did you know that these are Mexican plants?
Boy the internet and dictionary are great tools.

Isn't this another nice Santa display.

The stripes on the chair are Christmasy too.

Wouldn't it be fun to work where they build these Christmas figures?

Hi Claudette, I love the red poinsettias, too. You have seen a lot of nice Santa displays this year. I hope Santa brings you everything you want for Christmas.

I have baked whipped shortbread cookies, they have half of a red candied cherry on it; chocolate shortbread cut out like Christmas trees; frosted sugar cookies; snickerdoodles with lots of cinnamon and sugar; and last are Mexican Wedding cookies. They are rolled in powdered sugar twice and melt in your mouth.

I am trying to take it a little easier today since I hurt my knee.

Those cookies sound delicious. could you email the recipe for the mexican wedding cookies to me?
Mom and I have been crafting, We will be cooking a big meal on Christmas. I get to make the pumpkin pie.

I can hardly wait. I love Christmas day. My Dad always builds me us a fire in the fireplace before we open our gifts.
